We never want to charge someone for unneeded service so we first establish that the system needs cleaned and then develop a plan to do it typically starting with cleaning each line individually. Then we clean the main line and the roof exhaust fans by using a vacuum brush to break up loose debris and then suction it away! We follow up at the end of this process by sterilizing all the surfaces and points along the way.

System Access

Rather than start by cutting holes in your wall or disrupting your business, we use existing openings like duct end caps or service openings to access your system! Occasionally, our techs will need to cut holes in order to access certain points in the system but we always close up these openings so you don’t have to deal with the ugly work left over!

How Often Should my Airducts be Cleaned?

Luckily, most air duct systems don’t need to be cleaned very frequently! For most, a yearly inspection and cleaning every 3-5 years will keep things well under control. More frequent cleanings are needed if your HVAC system isn’t working as it should or you suffer from allergies or asthma. Having smokers in the building or suffer water damage to your home or business could increase the amount of times you need to have your air ducts cleaned as well.
